智通财经APP讯，中华银科技(00515)发布公告，于2025年3月27日，本公司与战略顾问就建议合作订立合作框架协议，涉及由战略顾问转介战略投资者，旨在制定解决有关中国附属公司现有贷款的建议。
有关中国附属公司(即中山市达进及广东达进)为于中国成立的有限公司。据董事经作出一切合理查询后所知、所悉及所信，截至本公告日期，战略顾问的注册资本由广州佳仁投资咨询有限公司拥有90%权益，而广州佳仁投资咨询有限公司由龚华天拥有60%权益及由龙锦俊拥有40%权益;及战略顾问及其最终实益拥有人均为独立于本公司或其关连人士且与彼等概无关连的第三方。
董事认为，订立合作框架协议代表本集团致力于取得外部资金，以解决其现有贷款，属公平合理，并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
