Li Ning's (HKG:2331) attributable profit fell 5.5% to 3.01 billion yuan in 2024 from 3.19 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the sports apparel maker decreased to 1.1652 yuan from 1.2266 yuan a year earlier. Analysts at Visible Alpha estimated EPS at 1.19 yuan.
Revenue grew 3.9% to 28.7 billion yuan from 27.6 billion yuan in the previous year. Visible Alpha analysts forecast revenue at 28.2 billion yuan.
The company declared a final dividend of 0.2073 yuan per share, payable June 27 to shareholders on record as of June 19.
Shares jumped 3% during Friday's late-morning trading.
