　　2024年，佳兆业美好收入为17.35亿元，同比下降3.3%；年内溢利约2556.3万元，实现扭亏为盈；公司拥有人应占溢利约为1457.6万元，而上年则为亏损约4.5亿元。

　　于2024年12月31日，总合同建筑面积及总在管建筑面积分别约为1.29亿平方米及1.03亿平方米，分别较2023年12月31日约1.32亿平方米及1.02亿平方米减少约2.3%及增加约0.4%。
