Carbonxt Group (ASX:CG1) extended the closing date for its share placement to April 3 from March 27, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
On Feb. 17, the company had extended the closing date for the placement from March 14 to March 27, a separate filing showed.
CG1 plans to raise up to AU$2 million, via the issue of about 7.9 million shares at AU$0.08 per share, to lessor Carbon Concepts for lease payments, a separate filing added.
