3月26日，宁德时代（300750）发布公告，公司正在申请发行境外上市外资股（H股）并在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市。公告中提到，公司于2025年3月25日收到了中国证监会出具的备案通知书，拟发行不超过2.2亿股境外上市普通股。

根据备案通知书，自通知书出具之日起至境外发行上市结束前，如公司发生重大事项，需通过中国证监会备案管理信息系统进行报告。此外，公司在完成境外发行上市后15个工作日内，需报告发行上市情况。

如果在备案通知书出具之日起12个月内未完成境外发行上市，公司将需要更新备案材料。需要注意的是，备案通知书仅确认公司境外发行上市备案信息，并不表明中国证监会对公司证券的投资价值或收益作出任何判断或保证。

2024年，宁德时代实现收入3620.13亿元，归母净利润507.45亿元。
