消息面上，近日，快狗打车发布盈警公告，集团预期将取得截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司权益持有人应占亏损介乎约人民币1.7亿元至约人民币2.2亿元，而2023年则为公司权益持有人应占亏损约人民币10.996亿元，减少约80.0%至84.5%。公告称，公司权益持有人应占亏损减少乃主要由于商誉减值减少，以及雇员福利费用(包括以股份为基础的酬金费用)减少。
3月24日，快狗打车发布公告，董事会建议实施股份合并，据此，公司股本中每10股每股面值0.0000025美元的已发行及未发行现有股份将合并为公司股本中1股每股面值0.000025美元的合并股份。于本公告日期，现有股份以每手200股现有股份的买卖单位于联交所买卖。建议待股份合并生效后，于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位将由200股现有股份更改为2000股合并股份。
