【泽连斯基指责美国改变乌克兰矿产协议条件】金十数据3月28日讯，3月27日早些时候，乌克兰最高拉达议员雅罗斯拉夫·热列兹尼亚克表示，美国提出的乌克兰资源新协议草案不利于乌克兰。他指出，草案中规定美国参与对包括石油和天然气在内所有矿产资源的管理，而其中却只字未提对乌克兰的安全保障。泽连斯基在新闻发布会上说："关于矿产资源的协议草案有很多，当美国会拿出这个或者那个协议草案的最终版本时，这又会是个新的版本，因为他们不断改变条件。我认为，我们已经达成共识，先是框架协议，然后才是完整协议。目前，双方团队正在努力，因为美国现在又修改了规则，建议直接签署完整协议。而完整协议需要进行细致的研究。"泽连斯基同时指出，不希望让美国生出乌克兰总体反对矿产资源协议这样的感觉，他表示，不想挑起美国停止向基辅提供援助或中断情报共享。
