消息面上，天能动力发布年度业绩，收益766.69亿元人民币，同比减少8.61%；股东应占溢利11.42亿元，同比减少37.29%；每股基本盈利1.01元;拟派发末期股息每股17港仙。
公告称，集团毛利由2023年约人民币59.65亿元，下降约17.64%至2024年约人民币49.12亿元，主要原因是铅酸与锂电业务的毛利额下降。整体毛利率由2023年约7.11%下降约0.70个百分点至2024年约6.41%。其中：制造业毛利率于2024年为约11.33%，较2023年下降约1.42个百分点。
