消息面上，3月27日，君实生物发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，收入19.48亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加29.67%;股东应占亏损12.82亿元，同比收窄43.79%;每股基本亏损1.3元。
公告称，收入增加主要由于药品收入的增加，其中：核心产品拓益®(特瑞普利单抗)国内销售收入约为15.01亿元，较2023年同期增加约66%。报告期内集团研发开支总额约12.75亿元，较2023年同期减少约34%。研发开支减少主要由于集团实施成本控制政策，努力优化资源配置，聚焦于更有潜力的研发管线。此外，核心产品拓益®的多项临床试验相继达到主要研究终点亦促进研发开支自然下降。
2024年，集团的临床研究效率持续提升，注册进程不断加速，其中拓益®联合贝伐珠单抗一线治疗肝细胞癌的新适应症从数据读出到上市申请获得NMPA受理最快仅36天。全年共开展92项临床研究，入组人数超过2100人。公司产品期刊发表超过145篇，合计影响因子超过1200分，相关国际大会报告超过100项，其中口头报告15项。
