【券商月内“拜访”近500家上市公司 并购重组预期及进展成关注话题】金十数据3月26日讯，当前，在市场交投活跃的情况下，券商积极“拜访”上市公司，挖掘投资机遇。Wind资讯数据显示，3月份以来，已有121家券商对493家上市公司进行了3140次调研。同时，在并购重组市场持续活跃的背景下，市场对上市公司并购重组的关注度提升，并购重组预期、进展及相关规划成为券商调研上市公司过程中的高频问题。对于潜在的投资机遇，光大证券股份有限公司首席策略分析师张宇生表示：“在判断行业的并购重组机遇方面，建议关注政策明确提到的方向，主要包括集成电路、生物医药、新材料等新质生产力相关方向。此外，历史上发生过大规模的并购重组的行业也值得关注，包括医药生物、计算机、传媒、电力设备、电子、机械设备等行业。”
