智通财经APP讯，泸州银行(01983)发布公告，在执行完该行2024年度审计工作后，普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)及罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(统称“普华永道”)作为该行外部审计师因连续服务满8年，达到《国有金融企业选聘会计师事务所管理办法》(财金[2020]6号)规定最长连续聘用外部审计师的年限。2025年度，该行须变更外部审计师。
根据公开招标评聘结果并经董事会审计委员会建议，董事会审议通过有关建议聘请德勤华永会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为2025年度中国企业会计准则财务报表的审计师及聘请德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为2025年度国际财务报告准则财务报表的审计师的议案。彼等任期自该行2024年度股东大会通过之日起至该行的2025年度股东大会结束之日止。
