消息面上，贝壳2024年四季度实现总交易额(GTV)11,438亿元，同比增长55.5%；净收入同比增长54.1%至311亿元；2024全年净收入935亿元，同比增长20.2%，经调整净利润72.12亿元。

美银表示，贝壳2024年第四季度收入超出市场普遍预期，同比增长54%，主要得益于住房政策利好。考虑到内地房地产市场复苏态势向好，美银上调了贝壳的收入增长预测，维持目标价73港元及"买入"评级。

国金证券表示，短期内公司增加对门店及经纪人的成本投入，谋求建立更好的生态，立足更长远更持续的发展；同时受益于行业β逐渐修复，公司α持续凸显，业绩有望逐步回升，维持“买入”评级。
