智通财经APP获悉，物管股涨幅居前，截至发稿，华润万象生活(01209)涨8.67%，报33.85港元；万物云(02602)涨4.85%，报23.8港元；保利物业(06049)涨4.41%，报31.95港元；永升服务(01995)涨4.33%，报2.17港元；绿城服务(02869)涨3.67%，报4.24港元。
消息面上，今日，华润万象生活公布2024年度业绩后大涨。公告显示，期内，集团商业航道收入为62.74亿元，同比增长21.4%；物业航道收入107.15亿元，同比增长11.6%，生态圈业务收入5400万元。另外，去年毛利润为56.09亿元，同比增长19.5%；毛利率由2023年的31.8%增长至32.9%。此前，中信证券指出，物业服务板块是典型的红利板块，具有合约定价稳定、经营性现金流持续正流入、资本开支低等共同特点。红利价值显著的物业服务公司，目前具备良好的投资价值。
中信证券近日表示，困扰民企物业服务公司的历史问题已经消散，企业的分红普遍具备很强吸引力，现金资产具备安全边际。而且，绝大多数民企物业服务公司经营性现金持续净流入，高分红是完全可持续的。和2024年秋天不同，当前物业服务板块可能的催化剂，并不是地产领域信用的好转(当然地产信用也是平稳的)，而是即将公布的2024年年报有望兑现可持续的高分红，以及长期稳健发展的愿景。
