消息面上，来凯医药今日宣布，其自主研发的LAE102（ActRIIA单克隆抗体）针对超重/肥胖在中国开展的I期临床试验进入了新阶段：继成功完成单剂量递增部分（SAD研究）之后，多剂量递增研究（MAD研究）已启动受试者招募，首例受试者昨天完成了首次访视。MAD研究是一项随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究，旨在评估皮下给药的LAE102在60名超重╱肥胖受试者中的安全性、耐受性、药代动力学和药效动力学。公司董事长兼首席执行官吕向阳博士指出，SAD研究的详细结果将在今年相关国际科学会议上披露。此外，LAE102在美国的I期临床试验有望于二季度开始。
