格隆汇3月25日丨滨海投资(02886.HK)发布公告，有关公司全资附属公司南京滨海燃气有限公司(“南京滨海”)与宝武镁业(002182.SZ)的一家全资附属公司南京云海轻金属精密制造有限公司(“云海轻金属”)订立《燃气供应协议》(“云海二期燃气供应协议”)，内容有关南京滨海向云海轻金属供应天然气(“云海项目二期”)。南京滨海与宝武镁业的另一家全资附属公司南京云海铝业有限公司(“云海铝业”)进一步订立《燃气供气协议》(“云海一期燃气供应协议”)，内容有关南京滨海向云海铝业供应天然气(“云海项目一期”)。根据云海一期燃气供应协议，南京滨海同意通过管道输送方式向云海项目一期的运作地点供应天然气，为期3年，云海项目一期每年用气量为约1600万立方米。
云海项目一期及云海项目二期(“云海项目”)作为江苏省重点项目，均位于南京滨海特许经营权区域的中国内地南京市溧水区东屏工业园区内，云海项目主要进行镁及铝合金产品的压铸和精加工。
公司认为，获得云海项目是南京滨海重要的市场开发成果，在持续扩大南京滨海管道天然气销售气量的同时，稳步增加其销售利润，从而持续巩固南京滨海在南京市溧水区的市场竞争力，亦将提升集团在南方区域市场的整合优势。
