Verint Systems shares tumbled 13% in premarket trading following lower-than-expected fourth quarter results and outlook.
Shares were trading around $18.78. The stock is down 35% over the last year.
The analytics company posted $253.5 million in revenue for the three months ended Jan. 31, down from $265.1 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $277 million.
For fiscal 2026, Verint guided for revenue around $960 million, plus or minus 3%, as well as adjusted earnings of $2.93 a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $963.2 million in revenue and $2.97 a share in adjusted earnings.
