　　齐鲁高速（01576）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入上升约25.19%至约人民币70.22亿千元；归属于母公司拥有人的年内利润及总综合收益下降约7.74%至约人民币4.85亿元；每股盈利为约人民币0.23元；建议派发2024年度末期股息每股人民币0.1元（含税）。

　　集团于报告期内持续积极拓展业务。报告期内，除了从集团负责管辖的高速公路收取通行费外，集团通过权属子公司开展公路工程及高速公路配套设施等建筑工程，并录得工程服务收入，以及通过加工及销售工业产品获得销售收入。集团亦从出租高速公路沿线通信信号传输管道和广告牌，以及提供广告发布服务录得若干服务收入。

　　此外，报告期内，公司积极推展济菏高速改扩建项目，相关工作正有序展开。
