　　3月28日，锅圈食品（上海）股份有限公司（锅圈，02517.hk）发布2024年年度业绩公告。

　　财报显示，截至2024年12月31日，锅圈持续保持万店以上规模，全年实现收入64.70亿元（单位人民币，下同），同比增长6.2%；毛利14.17亿元，同比增长4.9%，毛利率为21.9%；核心经营利润为3.11亿元，同比增长3.1%；现金储备由2023年12月31日的19.36亿元增长9.8%至21.25亿元，负债率进一步降至3.2%。

　　锅圈2024年在新销售渠道开辟、新店型开拓、会员经营以及产业布局上均取得持续发展，锅圈于2024年5月推出的毛肚自由火锅套餐在抖音等线上渠道售出超5亿元。锅圈新的乡镇门店开拓表现优异，年新增287家乡镇店。会员规模由2023年的2790万增加至4133万，增长48.2%；会员储值9.9亿，同比增长36.6%，用户忠诚度显著提升。锅圈在2024年通过并购、自建等形式新增三家食材生产厂。

　　此外，锅圈还宣布将股东年度分红大幅增加39.8%，分红总额约2亿元。
