消息面上，3月27日，江苏宁沪高速公路发布2024年年度业绩，营业收入231.98亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加52.7%；归母净利润49.47亿元，同比增加12.09%；基本每股收益0.9819元；拟派发末期股息每股0.49元。公告称，收入同比增加主要由于建造收入同比增加所致，剔除建造收入累计营业收入约123.32亿元，比上年同期下降约2.86%，主要是配套业务收入和房地产销售收入的减少。
