南京熊猫电子(00553.HK) 公布，就近日收到爱立信书面信息，表示其拟以特定现金购买对价购买公司及其他中方股东于参股公司南京爱立信熊猫通信(ENC)的49%股权，交易尚需获得必要的批准并受制于各方就本次交易详细条款的讨论结果。根据爱立信信息，南京熊猫电子预计将可收回不少于约2.5亿元人民币。
