路透北京3月26日 - 中国总资产排名前列的股份行--中信银行601998.SS0998.HK周三公布，去年实现净利685.8亿元人民币，同比增2.3%。报告期末净息差为1.77%，较上年末下降1个基点（BP）。
该行刊登上交所的财报显示，去年营收2,136.5亿元，同比增3.8%，其中实现利息净收入1,466.8亿元，比上年增长2.2%；非利息净收入669.7亿元，比上年增长7.4%。
董事会拟按每10股派发现金股息1.722元。连同已派发的中期现金股息98.7亿元，全年派发现金股息合计194.6亿元。
截至去年四季度末，中信银行不良贷款率1.16%，较上年末下降2个BP；拨备覆盖率为209.43%，比上年末增加1.84个百分点；核心一级资本充足率9.72%，资本充足率13.36%。
中信银行去年末个人住房贷款不良率0.49%，较上年末下降0.01个百分点；关注率0.39%，较上年末上升0.14个百分点。
中信银行A股周三收挫0.4%，今年迄今累涨3.9%。（完）
