智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)发布公告，根据中国企业会计准则、国际财务报告准则及公司内部控制的要求，为客观、公允地反映公司财务状况和经营结果，公司对2024年末各项资产进行了减值迹象的识别和测试。根据识别和测试结果，公司合并财务报表口径2024年发生资产减值损失人民币26.20亿元(含债权减值)，其中：计提坏账准备净额(含转回)人民币-1.31亿元;计提存货跌价准备人民币4.29亿元;计提长期资产减值准备人民币23.22亿元。前述事项将减少公司2024年度合并财务报表税前利润人民币26.20亿元。下一步，公司将按照最大限度收回剩余价值的原则，高度关注已计提减值资产的盘活、处置等。
