智通财经APP讯，中广核电力(01816)发布公告，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》(以下简称“《公司法》”)《深圳证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第1号——主板上市公司规范运作》《中国广核电力股份有限公司章程》(以下简称“《公司章程》”)等有关规定，公司于2025年3月26日召开的第四届董事会第十二次会议分别审议通过了《关于聘任中国广核电力股份有限公司董事会秘书和联席公司秘书的议案》和《关于聘任中国广核电力股份有限公司证券事务代表的议案》，公司董事会同意继续聘任尹恩刚先生为公司董事会秘书，任期自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止;同意继续聘任单菁先生为公司证券事务代表，任期自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止。
