中国铝业(02600)发布公告，为规避汇率波动风险，减小汇率波动对企业利润的影响，公司附属企业中铝国际贸易集团有限公司(简称“中铝国贸”)及其部分子公司、中铝物资有限公司(简称“中铝物资”)、中铝能源控股有限公司(简称“中铝能源控股”)拟在2025年开展货币类期货和衍生品业务，主要为美元远期购售汇，总额度不超过9.85亿美元，业务授权期限自2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。
