【3 月 26 日晚间，知乎 2024 年第四季度及全年业绩报告出炉】2024 年知乎营收 36 亿元，同比下滑 14.5%；经调整净亏损 9630 万元，较 2023 年亏损收窄 85%。第四季度营收 8.6 亿元，经调整净利润 9710 万元，经营利润 2310 万元，首次实现单季全面盈利。第四季度，知乎付费阅读业务贡献 4.2 亿元营收，营销服务业务和职业教育业务分别贡献 3.2 亿元和 8400 万元。第四季度知乎毛利率同比提升 3.8 个百分点至 62.9%，营运开支同比下降 37.9%。截至第四季度末，知乎现金及相关资产合计 48.6 亿元。截至第四季度末，知乎累计内容创作量达 8.7 亿，月平均活跃用户 8140 万，月均订阅会员 1410 万。知乎直答自上线以来实现高速增长。知乎创始人周源称 2024 年对知乎具重要转折意义，社区生态优化，创作者活跃度提升，持续投资 AI 应用。过去一年知乎在 AI 领域加大投入，今年 2 月知乎直答接入 DeepSeek-R1，版本更新提升搜索和解答质量。国元证券称其接入对知乎生态有积极意义。
