智通财经APP讯，合生创展集团(00754)发布公告，一方面，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司股权持有人应占综合核心利润(指扣除减值亏损及公平值变动等非经常性项目影响后的净利润)将较2023年同期所得综合核心利润23.14亿港元增加超过30%。截至2024年12月31日止年度公司股权持有人应占综合核心利润预期增加，主要归功于营业额上升(尤其就物业销售所确认的收入增加);
另一方面，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合溢利将较2023年同期所得综合溢利34.04亿港元减少约60%至70%。截至2024年12月31日止年度公司股权持有人应占综合溢利预期减少，主要由于房地产行业下行的影响，投资物业公平值收益下跌及非一线城市存货减值所致。尽管出现上述情况，由于公平值收益及资产减值属非现金性质，集团经营现金流量不会受影响。集团整体财务状况保持稳健。
