智通财经APP讯，康龙化成(03759)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩，收益122.76亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加6.39%;股东应占溢利17.93亿元，同比增加12.01%;每股基本盈利1.0133元;拟派发末期股息每10股2元。
公告称，报告期内，公司实现营业收入122.76亿元，比去年同期增长6.4%，伴随着全球生物医药行业投融资的初步复苏，公司季度收入实现环比增长、季度收入同比增速逐季加快，其中第三季度和第四季度连续2个季度收入实现同比10%以上的较快增长，全球市场份额持续提升。报告期内，公司海外客户访问量达到历史最高峰，新签订单金额同比增长超过20%。公司实现母公司拥有人应占利润17.93亿元，比去年同期增长12.0%;实现母公司拥有人应占非国际财务报告准则经调整净利润16.07亿元，比去年同期下降15.6%，主要是由于公司员工数量增长、2023年末新增银团贷款用于置换到期的H股可转换债券、以及2023年末及本报告期内新产能投产等因素的综合影响。报告期内，公司经营活动所得现金流量净额为25.77亿元，同比下降6.4%;扣除支持业务发展而投入的资本性支出，公司自由现金流为5.36亿元。
