CIMC Enric (HKG:3899) recorded a 1.7% decline in attributable profit for the year 2024 to 1.09 billion yuan from 1.11 billion yuan in the year-ago period, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Basic earnings per share were 0.542 yuan, down from 0.554 yuan in the previous corresponding year; meanwhile, diluted EPS was 0.515 yuan, up from 0.499 yuan EPS year over year.
The gas equipment company's revenue rose by 4.8% to 24.8 billion yuan in the year from 23.6 billion yuan a year prior, mainly due to the growth of its clean energy and liquid food segments.
The firm has proposed a final dividend of HK$0.30 per share for the year.
