智通财经APP讯，中国绿地博大绿泽(01253)发布公告，内容有关公司拟2040万元收购国能泰瑞51%股权的相关事宜，买卖协议项下所有先决条件均已获达成且完成已根据买卖协议之条款及条件于2025年3月26日落实。于完成后，公司持有目标公司全部已发行股份的51%。因此，目标公司将成为公司的非全资附属公司，目标集团(包括国能泰瑞)的财务业绩将并入本集团的账目
根据买卖协议，公司已按发行价每股代价股份0.1港元向卖方配发及发行代价股份(即2.19亿股新股份，相当于经配发及发行代价股份扩大后全部已发行股份约3.63%)以结算代价。
