智通财经APP讯，马可数字科技(01942)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得不少于人民币1.13亿元的未经审核除税后综合净亏损，而2023年同期则取得除税后综合净亏损约人民币7400万元。
预期亏损增加乃主要归因于(i)集团于2024年度透过Positive Oasis Limited及其附属公司(PO集团)的融资服务所产生的毛利暂时下跌;及减值亏损约人民币5500万元，其有关向第三方(融资人)提供信贷融资合约挂钩的无形资产，以支持PO集团的业务营运。上述毛利下跌及减值亏损乃由于融资人决定不重续信贷融资，其原本让PO集团可向选定客户提供融资贷款。换言之，该融资已于2024年12月31日届满。
