日本自民党金融调查会会长片山在接受采访时表示，基于经济基本面判断，日元兑美元合理汇率应在120-130区间，而非当前150左右的低位。目前执政党正研究遏制资本外流的对策。

　　“日元汇率应客观反映日本经济实力，我认为1美元兑120-130日元是合理区间。”片山五月在周二（10月24日）的专访中强调，但拒绝对理想汇率水平作具体置评。

　　本周受美国经济数据强劲、市场对美关税政策持审慎乐观态度，以及预期日本央行将维持宽松货币政策等因素影响，日元汇率跌破150关口。日元持续疲软推高进口成本，加剧通胀压力并抑制消费，已成为日本决策层的重要关切。

　　片山指出，尽管美国政府也不乐见日元过度贬值，但单纯依靠货币政策调整难以扭转汇率走势。“虽然汇率干预可能引发短期波动，但其长期效果有限，必须采取根本性解决措施。”

　　她透露，自民党拟扩大免税投资计划规模，鼓励个人投资者增持本土股票以遏制家庭资金外流，进而支撑日元。

　　日本个人储蓄账户（NISA）制度自2024年大幅扩容后，允许个人投资者免缴股票资本利得税。但数据显示，高收益海外股票持续占据投资产品排行榜前列，分析人士认为这加剧了日元贬值压力。
