智通财经APP讯，齐鲁高速(01576)发布公告，公司境内核数师安永华明会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(安永华明)及境外核数师安永会计师事务所(安永香港，与安永华明合称为“安永”)将于2025年6月26日举行的公司2024年度股东会会议结束时分别退任公司的境内及境外核数师。
董事会经考虑审计委员会的推荐建议，决议通过不在2024年度股东会会议上续聘安永为公司核数师，并建议分别聘任信永中和会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)及信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为集团2025年度的境内及境外核数师，任期自2024年度股东会会议结束后开始直至公司下届年度股东会会议结束时为止，审计费用合计人民币50万元。有关议案尚需提交2024年度股东会会议审议批准。
