智通财经APP讯，天津港发展(03382)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，收入137.21亿港元，同比增长1.75%;公司股权持有人应占溢利6.9亿港元，同比减少5.27%;每股盈利11.2港仙;建议宣派2024年度末期股息每股4.48港仙。
据悉，集团除所得税前溢利21.84亿港元，同比上升4.8%;除所得税前溢利的增长主要是由于本集团 2024年的毛利较2023年有所增加，主要归因于收入及毛利率的增加。整体增长被以下几个因素部分抵销，包括应占采用权益法入账的联营公司及合营公司净溢利下降、管理费用增加以及汇兑收益减少。
