智通财经APP讯，南戈壁(01878)发布公告，于2025年3月19日，本公司位于蒙古的全资附属公司Southgobi Sands LLC(SGS)收到蒙古乌兰巴托行政法院(行政法院)发出的通知，要求 SGS 提供补充资料并配合蒙古税务局(蒙古税务局)若干官员(蒙古税务局官员)(作为原告)针对蒙古税务争议解决委员会*(Tax Dispute Resolution Council)(TDRC)(作为被告)提起的法院讼诉。经过进一步查询，本公司取得行政法院于2025年3月7日发出关于由蒙古税务局官员发起的法院诉讼的展开命令(法院命令)副本。法院命令提到，蒙古税务局官员试图对 TDRC 先前作出的决定提出异议或推翻该等决定，内容有关重新评估结果，据此 TDRC 决定将对 SGS 的税务罚款由约8000万美元下调至2650万美元。
本公司并非上述法院诉讼的当事方。根据本公司的蒙古独立税务顾问及蒙古法律顾问的初步意见，蒙古税务局个别成员针对 TDRC 提起法院诉讼的情况极为罕见。根据本公司截至本公告日期所获取的资料，本公司无法确定完成该法院诉讼所需的时间、可能的结果及其对本公司的影响。截至本公告日期，重新评估结果仍具法律效力。本公司将密切关注法院诉讼的进展，并适时刊发进一步公告，让其股东及潜在投资者了解情况。
