蔚来拟通过港股配售融资35亿港元，目标Q4必须盈利
IT之家 3 月 27 日消息，蔚来今日发布公告称，拟以每股 29.46 港元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 27.5 元人民币）的价格配售股份，发行不超过 1.1879 亿股 A 类普通股，融资 35 亿港元（现汇率约合 32.71 亿元人民币）。
蔚来公告称，计划将股票配售的净收益用于智能电动汽车技术和新产品的研发，进一步加强资产负债表以及一般企业用途。
蔚来创始人、董事长兼 CEO 李斌于 3 月 23 日在北京召开了一场小范围沟通会，提到必须实现四季度盈利。
2024 年全年，蔚来公司共交付新车 221,970 台，同比增长 38.7%。蔚来 2024 年全年营收 657.3 亿元，同比增长 18.2%，再创新高。
