格隆汇3月26日｜当地时间3月25日，美国大宗商品贸易商阿彻丹尼尔斯米德兰（ADM）提交的年报中显示，首席执行官胡安·卢西亚诺（Juan Luciano）在2024年的薪酬为2160万美元，低于前一年的2440万美元。由于公司盈利和投资回报率低于预设目标，卢西亚诺的年度激励计划奖金从前一年的360万美元降至120万美元。ADM此前深陷会计丑闻，去年盈利缩水48%至18亿美元，连续第二个年度盈利下降。ADM近期还宣布，将在全球范围内裁减至多700个工作岗位，以期在未来三至五年内节省5亿至7.5亿美元。
