里昂发布研报称，中国金茂(00817)去年转亏为盈，基础溢利录9.69亿元人民币。集团的物业销售利润较理想，去年新收购物业销售利润达到预期回报的130%。该行表示，集团目前仍处于重估的早期阶段。由于合约销售减少，将集团2026年的盈利预测下调11.7%，但相信销售利润率上升抵销了部分盈利降幅，将目标价由0.8港元上调至1.32港元，并维持“跑赢大市”评级。
