Hub Cyber Security (HUBC) said Thursday its Active Chairperson Kasbian Nuriel Chirich is stepping down from his role, due to personal reasons.
The board unanimously appointed Renah Persofsky as the new active chairperson, effective March 25, according to the company. Persofsky joined the board in November.
Chirich will remain on the board as a director, Hub Cyber added.
Shares of the company were down 3.7% in recent Thursday trading.
