消息面上，H&H国际控股公布2024年业绩，收入约130.52亿元，同比减少6.3%；净亏损5372.1万元，同比盈转亏；经调整可比纯利约5.41亿元，同比减少30.5%%。派末期息0.05港元，连同中期股息0.3港元，全年股息派0.35港元。
公告称，高利润营养补充品所得收入仍为核心收入增长动力，其中该品类的维生素、草本及矿物补充剂以及宠物补充品取得双位数增长。然而，该增幅被婴幼儿配方奶粉分部下降所抵销。尽管完成新国标过渡所需时间较预期长，但集团于中国内地的超高端婴幼儿配方奶粉分部持续获取市场份额。
