智通财经APP讯，狮子山集团(01127)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度，该集团期内取得收益26.69亿港元，同比增加4.13%;公司拥有人应占溢利2.14亿港元，同比增加15.74%;每股基本盈利28.58港仙;拟派发第二次中期股息每股普通股8港仙及第二次特别股息每股普通股2港仙。
公告称，毛利率由截至2023年12月31日止年度的32.7%增至2024年同期的33.4%。出版分部的毛利率上升是由于图书开发成本下降。相反，来自中国印刷商的竞争加剧导致印刷商面临定价压力，令印刷分部的毛利率下降。
