3月15日，公司发布公告，自2025年3月15日起，陆海林辞任独立非执行董事，并不再担任审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员; 宋婷儿博士获委任为审核委员会主席。
2月28日，根据其截至2024年12月31日止六个月的中期业绩公告，公司收益4690.2万港元，同比增加65.28%;股东应占溢利159.6万港元，上年同期股东应占亏损338.7万港元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利0.87港仙。
公告称，制造及销售服装标签及包装印刷产品业务分部的收益增加约39.9%至约2840万港元。期内收益增加乃由于客户销售订单增加所致。制造及销售服装标签及包装印刷产品的毛利率增加约11.1个百分点(由2023期间的33.4%增加至2024期间的44.5%)。这是2023年及2024年控制销售成本中的间接成本的丰硕成果。
