华润置地发布业绩：营业额同比增11%，股东应占溢利降18.45%
3月26日，华润置地发布截至2024年12月31日止财政年度业绩。数据显示，2024年华润置地营业额2787.99亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加11.01%;股东应占溢利255.77亿元，同比减少18.45%；每股基本盈利3.59元;拟派发末期股息每股1.119元。
公告称，集团经常性业务收入实现同比增长6.6%，占总收入比重达14.9%，第二增长曲线作用更加显著；轻资产管理业务营业额121.3亿元，同比增长14.0%。经常性业务收入合计416.5亿元，占总营业额14.9%。与此同时，经常性业务利润贡献占比同比提升6.3个百分点至 40.7%。
2024年，集团实现签约额2611亿元，约占全国商品房销售总额的2.7%，行业排名跃升至第三。
值得一提的是，2024年该集团经营性不动产业务运营质效稳步提升，资管业务加快打造“第二增长曲线”，成为公司业绩和长期稳定现金流的主要贡献者。其中购物中心实现零售额1953亿元，约占全国社会消费品零售总额的 0.4%，整体经营利润率61%，再创历史新高。写字楼业务则在市场承压和竞争加剧的双重影响下，平均出租率75%，继续保持行业领先水平，全年新租、续租面积均创历史新高。
