　　3月25日，知行科技发布公告，本公司已经于中国江苏省苏州市成立一间全资附属公司，该附属公司称为“艾摩星机器人（苏州）有限公司”（艾摩星机器人）。据介绍，自动驾驶与具身智能在核心技术模组（如环境感知、多模态决策算法、感知硬体等）上具有高度复用性，可共用技术积累，大幅降低跨领域研发成本，作为国内领先的量产自动驾驶解决方案提供商，本公司计划通过技术复用、产业链协同和生态构建，积极布局机器人、具身智能及相关领域。本公司设立机器人全资附属公司探索机器人业务多场景应用落地，推动“AI+汽车+机器人”的跨界融合布局。
