消息面上，近日，绿城服务发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币178.93亿元(单位下同)，同比增加6.43%;公司权益股东应占利润7.85亿元，同比增加29.69%；持续经营业务每股盈利0.214元。中金指出，公司持续聚焦主业，收入占比约七成的基础物业服务板块实现12%同比增长，有效带动整体收入增长。同时，四个业务板块毛利润率均实现不同程度的提升，其中基础物业板块提升0.7ppt，公司整体毛利润率提升0.5ppt。另一方面，有效的中后台费用管控使得销管费用绝对额同比微降1%、销管费用率下降0.6ppt。
花旗发布研报称，绿城服务受惠于去年的全面交付，料可达成今年核心营运利润增长15%以上的目标，集团期望提升盈利能力，目标今年毛利率升0.5个百分点，销售及管理费用比率降低0.5个百分点等；新合约方面则目标同比升6%至40亿元人民币，并集中于56个城市(占比90%)与多样化的服务类型。
