董事会于2025年3月26日举行会议并决议委任执行董事、总经理丁大攀先生担任战略与发展委员会委员及主席，委任非执行董事吴海燕女士担任提名委员会委员，均自2025年3月27日起生效。
杨先生已辞任公司根据《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.05条规定委任的授权代表，丁先生已获董事会委任为授权代表，自2025年3月27日起生效。
