智通财经APP获悉，领先的财富管理平台诺亚控股(06686,NOAH.US)今日公布其2024年年度业绩。最新财报显示，2024年，公司净收入为26亿元人民币，其中境外净收入达12.5亿元人民币，占总收入比重提升至48%，较2023年增长4.6个百分点。其中，全年美元私募一级产品募集量同比大增44.9%，带动公司美元产品募集量同比大增29.8%至43亿美元，全年境外资产管理规模（AUM）增长15%至58亿美元，可见其境外业务已成为重要增长引擎。
值得一提的是，诺亚于2025年第一季度升级新加坡办公室为ARK Group全球总部，同时日本办公室亦在日前落地，辐射亚洲高净值华人客户群体。截至2024年底，诺亚境外注册客户数超17,600人，同比提升18.3%；境外活跃高净值客户数同比增长15.8%；境外RM人数同比大增55%，推动高净值客户覆盖能力显著提升。此外，诺亚管理层宣布拟派发总额为人民币5.5亿元的年度股息及特别股息，相当于全年非GAAP净利润的100%。
