消息面上，中国外运公布2024年业绩，营业收入约1056.21亿元，同比增长3.79%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约39.18亿元，同比减少7.05%；基本每股收益0.5396元，拟每股派发现金红利0.145元。2024年代理及相关业务（国际货代）收入733.3亿元，同比增长9.2%；净利润18.3亿元，同比增长4.3%。其中，完成海运量1516万标准箱，同比增长13.3%；空运量103万吨，同比增长18.1%。
国金证券指出，在市场承压的情况下，公司化市场存量为外运增量，加强与核心客户联系。公司主要板块的业务量实现双位数增长，核心直客收入同比增长15.3%。公司加强海外市场开发，优化网络资源布局。2024年，公司海外投资额同比增长44%，海外净利润同比增长43%。公司2024年年度分红及中期分红均为0.145元/股，合计每股股利为0.29元，维持2023年相同金额。公司分红比例为53.5%。
