据SEC官网显示，乐信(LX.US)将于美东时间4月17日进行2024年下半年的除权除息，本次分红派息按照0.11美元/ADS的金额进行，约占下半年净利润的20%，派息日为5月16日。经乐信董事会决议，2025年起公司分红比例将进一步提升至净利润的25%。

本次分红金额相比较2024上半年(约0.072美元/ADS)增长了超50%。这得益于乐信业绩的逐季改善。财报显示，乐信2024Q4营收36.6亿元，利润(Non-GAAP EBIT)4.6亿元，同比增长32.5%，环比增长12.5%，实现连续三个季度环比大增。

业绩持续改善的背后是公司底层能力持续夯实、关键风险指标连续多季度向好。2024Q4新增资产早期风险指标FPD7环比下降约8%，FPD30+环比下降约9%;大盘资产入催率环比下降约4%，90+不良率环比下降3%。

展望2025年，乐信管理层表态：“对今年利润大幅增长充满信心”。随着利润大幅增长、分红比例提升至25%，未来分红还将进一步增加，用实际行动回报股东。
