智通财经APP讯，中播数据(00471)发布公告，已于2025年3月26日(交易时段后),与四川合丰志通生物科技有限公司简称签署了合作备忘录。四川合丰志通是新疆合丰志通生物科技有限公司的全资附属公司，全权代理新疆合丰志通的产品经营及销售运营。
公司与四川合丰志通同意合作，就四川合丰志通旗下的种植基地及智慧农业示范基地等领域，通过卫星通讯及技术创新提高农产品质及数量，从而提升市场竞争力，满足客户需求。
同时，双方将加强技术合作，包括但不限于卫星服务领域的应用和科技行业的应用等领域开展研发合作。双方将就这些领域在新疆伊犁地区开展智慧农业及智慧农业示范基地的建设等方面展开合作。
