歌礼制药2024归母净利润亏损3亿元
3月26日，歌礼制药-B（01672）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度之年度业绩公告。根据财务报告，公司的总收入从2023年的约5660万元大幅减少至2024年的128万元，下降幅度达到97.7%。这一显著减少主要是由于公司在新冠疫情缓解后进行了战略性资源调整，导致部分特定产品线没有产生收入。同时，公司的销售成本也从约3061万元减少至55万元，显示出与收入趋势一致的变化。归属本公司权益股东亏损为3亿元。
在费用方面，研发成本显著增加，由2023年的约2.17亿元上升39.5%至2024年的约3.02亿元，主要是因为肥胖症及其他代谢性疾病的研发支出增加。此外，行政开支从约1.16亿元减少12%至约1.02亿元，主要归因于员工相关成本和咨询费用的减少。年内亏损由2023年的1.45亿元增加至2024年的3.01亿元，主要由于研发开支的增加。
在业务方面，公司在代谢性疾病领域取得了重要进展，特别是ASC30和ASC47这两款候选药物的临床研究显示出积极的效果。ASC30在肥胖症患者中的研究结果表明，治疗28天后体重相对基线平均下降最多可达6.3%。此外，ASC47在肥胖症患者中也显示出良好的耐受性和减重效果。整体来看，公司在代谢性疾病领域的研发管线发展迅速，未来有望为公司带来新的收入来源。
